Our space is perfect for your child’s next birthday art party!

Rate includes rental of the studio, supplies, set up, instruction, and clean up of 1 main art activity for up to 20 children.

Want to bring some snacks or a cake? Please do! You are welcome to bring food, arrange catering, or have us arrange catering for your event.

Submitting our interest form first gives our Magical Atelier staff a chance to reach out to you directly about how we can help coordinate the greatest experience for you. Once we coordinate details re: date, time, number of children and activities to be scheduled, we can proceed with the booking!

Venue Capacity FAQ:

Parties are priced by the hour, for up to 12 children. The studio can accommodate up to 20 children, but once it reaches 20, we’d like there to be no more than an additional 8 adults, as we’d like to keep the studio capacity no more than 30. All activities are $165/hr, except for Face Painting, which is $105/hr. Starting at 2 hours, there’s an immediate $320 flat rate for studio parties.

For parties of 13-20 children, each child is an additional $15/the hour. Cart automatically defaults to 12 children, so adjusted invoices will be sent for any additional children. Our instructors are also available for parties on location. (One week notice required) For events that are 3+ miles away from the studio a travel fee is required ($35). Rates are for activities per/hour for up to 12 children. For parties of more than 12 children, the cost is an additional $15/hour per student.

For example, if you’d like to schedule a 2 hour party at the park, with one hour of Face Painting ($105/hr) and one hour of Potions ($165/hr), the total cost is $270 (plus $35 travel fee, if applicable.) This would be for up to 12 children, and any more after that adds $15/hr for each child. So please specify in your inquiry how many children will be attendance, so that’d we’re prepped with supplies.
